ummmmm....that would be more of a tracked vehicle than a tank. there were at least 1 or 2 in WWII, don't know specifics. i would have thought a tank would be able to take small or intermediate arms fire somewhat, the vehicle in the video is all exposed. are they going to close it up or not?
