Rear Seat Belt Q

The passenger side rear seat belt will not retract.... belt is extendedd all the way. Is the tensioner located under the rear seat or behind the back seat ? Any ideas on how to fix??

if everything is in place and o.k., and it still retracts slowly, spraying the belt inside and outside with teflon spray might help.
There is no other way than to disassemble some parts and make a visual check.

The tensioner is behind the back rest.I have not disassembled the rear seat belts but I have fixed the drivers belt by re-tensioning the coil spring inside it.
Mine was not coiling back up,surely from use over the years.Disassembled it and re-tensioned the spring one turn and that fixed it. ;)
