Well, I talked to my supplier. sent my money, and the supplier close business and ran away with my money....
So there won't be any thrust arms inserts anymore...
That will teach me to do transaction with Paypal...
Sorry about that guys. I will see if it is worth making a mold locally to make bushings.

Bruno - I thought Paypal offered buyer protection with each transaction.

Bruno - John's right about this. Call PayPal.
Every time I've had a problem with a bonehead user (two times recently - eBay sellers "adianM3"/"eeuroparts" and "europartdirect"), they've quickly and efficiently produced results...
Dealing with PayPal is like a breath of fresh air when you consider the hell one goes through with other companies...
....really an excellent, excellent cust service dept.

Paypal doesn't want to hear anything passed 1 month.
Maybe I should call them and see what they can do...
Still this bites...

Bruno, What a bummer. I just got the subframe plates today. What a bargain. Was looking forward to the bushings. Hopefully PayPal will come through. We just had a thread on this.
Give me a head start if the rally point is north of the boarder unless he is State side, and by then it will be to late for the Mounties. I will have already gotten the rope and made the culprit run on top of the 535(bare foot of course) until the last thing he sees are my taillights. Don't give up hope. We need you man.

even i he travels to the ends of the earth he wont be safe from e34.net or bimmer info crew members!
I went through this with PayPal 2 months ago. The ebay seller dragged me out past the 30 day mark before I called PayPal. PayPal will still take complaints after 30 days but won't do anything about it immediately. If they get enough complaints then they will open an investigation on the complaints that are currently logged past 30 days. In the case of the seller I was dealing with, PayPal did get enough complaints to open up my case again but this was 3 weeks later and after I had already gotten my money back.
How did I get my money back? I threatened the seller with a few things in an email. Give me my money back by end of business or I will
1) Call the Florida State Police
2) Log a complaint with the FBI Internet Fraud Division
3) Go to all of the BMW message boards and tell your potential customers about my experience
He already knew that I had called PayPal and he acknowledged that he was answering the complaint. (PayPal had told me that there was no investigation)
I did not get my money back by end of business so the next morning I went to FBI Internet Fraud Complaint (https://www.ifccfbi.gov) and lodged a complaint. The seller sent me back my money the next hour. I'm not sure if that was a coincidence or not.
I think you have a few options here. I would definitely call PayPal and lodge a complaint.

Hey Bruno,
I will buy those inserts if you decide to get a form made and do them yourself.
