this is a common snow area problem... snow throws your balancing off and you get the shakes!
I have been dealing with that all my life, some wheels are really bad for holding snow...
I have been told that using PAM spray on the wheel can eliminate this problem
Sharkman540i but this happends when i'm driving on the normal road where snow is cleaned up and the front of my car is just going left and right left and right scary

Get it up on a rack and check out the suspension components. The fact that it happened just as the snowy season started could be coincidence. Something under there may be broken. If it's as bad as you say then don't drive it until you know what's going on and have corrected it.
