Leather interior E34/E32

Just a quick question , I have a 5 series E34 94 and have been offered a leather interior from a 7 series E32 90 does anyone know if it will fit. Cheers :)

The front seats will fit for sure- but not sure about the rear seats, and I'm 99% sure the door panels are different.
