need to sell some wheels - any interest?

I have just purchased a set of throwing stars for my 1995 540i and now need to sell a couple of sets of wheels from this car (e34) as well as a set from my last 540i (e39). Before I went the ebay or want advertiser route I thought I would see if anyone here is interested. This is what I have.....

set 1: 15" bmw basketweaves w/ or w/o tires. These came with the car when I bought it, mxv4 tires need air, but I think they are ok, seem to have lots of tread, but not sure of the vintage.

set 2: 17" 5 wide spoke w/ bmw emblems and good tires (dunlop sport 9000) with lots of tread, I can email a picture of these.

set 3: 17" bmw 7 spoke composite (type 19 , I think) from a 1998 540i

Not sure what they are worth, feel free to make offers if you want them, or if anyone could give me an idea what to ask I would appreciate it....Bill

Run through here and show me which ones exactly Sets 2 and 3 are. I might be interested in a set or one of them if the price is right :). I'm not sure what you mean by 17" wide spokes!!!

here is a pic of the wheels on the car now.....provided I attached them correctly....

The other set of 17" is the style 19, and the 15" are maybe style 17? not sure I will check in the am...

ok those are Borbet wheels in the photo of the grey 5 series, as for the "other" style mentioned they are the sport wheel from an E39 also known as the Nardi wheel made by BBS.

These are all still available, and I had 2 of the sets looked at by the shop when they swaped a set of tires onto my new throwing stars...

Heres the deal....

1) The Borbet wheels have very slight deflections (bends) in two of them. It is on the back side and looks to be 1/8" on each. The are almost unnoticeable and have been marked on the tire, I can provided pictures on request via email. They all ballenced up fine, and have dunlop sport 9000 235/24/zr17 tires on them. The shop said that two should be good for the summer and the other two have more tread that those two...

2) the set of style 19's have some wear marks on the clear coat of a couple wheels, and I was reminded when the tires were pulled that these wheels (3 of them) were straighted last summer before I had the tires mounted. I have not cleaned these wheels as it is winter is here, but the pics are decent, and I can email them on request....

3) the set of Bmw wheels (basketweave/honeycomb I don't know the difference) I have pictures of, they look ok to me, I have not had them looked at or balanced, have older tires that seem to have ok tread, but I don't know how old they are and you might want to save the shipping costs and get new tires, your choice....I will email pics on request....
