S38 M5 Headers on M30?

Is it possible to put headers from the euro m5 s38 motor on an m30? If so what kind of modifications do you have to do? Would it be better to just buy headers for the M30? Thanks for the info.

i do beleve the exhaust ports on the s38 are going to be a different shape then the m30 due to it being a dohc
