A/C information for non equipped car

my car has no air conditioneer. I am in europe and this is a normal situation.

My question is this: I found a complete solution but this one from a turbo diesel version. can I apply this device to mine? mine has m50 engine.94' 520i

I would say its possible, as the layout for both cars is the same in the BMW ETK; the pressure hoses and seals have the same part #. The mounting bracket differs, however.
