does anybody know if you have to weld these on, or if they fit right over your existing pipes?

All you should need is a rubber mallet.

Tips are often to tap them IN the current pipes, not over. That is at least what I have seen on some of them.
Well, you will see immy when you have them at hand.

So i would have to cut off my pipes and stick the new ones in? I hope thats not the case. :\
