i'm not sure if this is worth my money. is it better to buy new fenders online and have get them painted OR buy these???

What color is your car? I have a RH fender that i don't need anymore that is calypso red, i can also have them primed and painted or just primed for cost.

I think you can fenders brand new from $45 up. OEM maybe more. I would rather have new metal. The rust that shows there is exactly where it is on my 94. So I would expect that it would come back quickly. I would go new. IMHO - JT

oxford green. i guess i can work on one side at a time. how much would it be for it to be primed and painted? shipping?

right, I would splurge the 100 or whatever for virgin BMW material over those used rusty things. Rust never sleeps and its inevitable for it to come back.
