The info screen on the OBC is not lit, however; I am still recieving OBC data on the dash.

Any info regarding the "trip data" is showing "---" on the dash.

Do you have any suggestion?

Just change the bulbs. If you do not know how to do, go to may page and click on e32fixes.com.
