Can I replace a siemens relay with a bosch?

yes, the only thing that counts is the pin numbers on the bottom and if it has a diode or not, which will be listed on the diagram on the side of the relay, hella relays will also work fine

It's the oxygen heater relay, and the pin numbers match, but the diagram on the side is not exactly the same.
The siemens relay shows what I thought was a shunt resistor wired parellel to the coil.
The bosch lacks this in the diagram on the side.
The only reason I can see for this difference is the siemens wanted their coils to carry less current.
Thanks for your help.

that should be a regular old run of the mill 4 pin relay for the 02 heater
