Anyone want an e34 for parts? 535

1989 535iM, just hit 200k last night. Odd vibration from the rear, I assume either guibo, rear cv joint, or rearend. Rusty, needs a new passenger side quarter panel. passenger seat doesn't move. needs new capacitors in the instrument cluster. needs new a/c receiver driver (converted to 134a). Asking $2600. I need a jeep, I am sick to death of getting stuck in this michigan snow in the winter.

EDIT- forgot to mention, I do have the replacement quarter panel. I just haven't the funds or the will to have it put on.

Buy some good snow tires?

if only it were that easy. considering my recently growing interest in photographing places almost completely untouched by man, and the fact that i love surfing and camping and hunting, a 4x4 would be a far better way to go than rwd sedan.
