I'm wondering if there is any way to get a power window in the up position and make it stay without replacing the reglator or motor? Any help would be appreicated!!
remove the door panel, and unbolt the motor and push the window up.

Check these two things before replacing motor or regulator.

How will the window stay up though, don't I need to support it some how? Or when I put the motor back on, will it hold it in place? This is my first bimmer so all of this is new to me.Quote:
