MYSTERY SOLVED (below): Actually, I was just reaching for the ETK. Yep. Per the VIN it's a 5spd. That sticker had me for a second there... Thanks!

AFAIK, it's just a generic sticker, sort of like saying "535i AND 535iA"
If you're really curious, just punch in the last 7 digits of your VIN on a BMW VIN checker, or the online ETK at www.realoem.com - it will give you the original specs.

No, HD13 is the model code for a manual transmission'd 535.
