    Default My First E34 ///M5T...... (m->)

    to see in person. It was "visiting" right next door to me!
    3 words when I walked outside & saw it out of the corner of my eye-
    Oh My God.
    A true Euro 3.8L Daytona Violet M5T w/ a fresh detail on it. The owner & I talked for about 45 minutes. What a beautiful car. I now have a new friend!!!!

    Specs: 1993 3.8L, Daytona Violet, Nurburgring suspension (came w/ T-Stars on it), full buffalo black leather interior w/ rear headrests!, leather everything including consoles, glovebox & door panels, rear cargo nets & roller blind, euro tow hitch (man, I see where it gets the term HORSEC%CK!- nasty ugly!), headlight & FOG light squirters, no roof rails, dual sunroofs, heated seats w/ no power, 5 speed tranny & of course- ///Motorsport mirrors!

    The owner has owned the car for about 6 months- Also owns an E39 ///M5 Stage 3 Dinan & E46 ///M3 Convert I told him about this website, hopefully he'll pop in & say HI! Can't wait to hang out again w/ him (he wants me to put the Smoked Hella Euro Ellipsoids on it) I just can't imagine driving in a 340 hP Touring Wagon!!!!!

    Default That looks like.........

    ....the same M5T that was on E-Bay last year. It was photographed just off of Las Olas, looking across the Intercoastal towards the Swimming HOF. I have a friend who lives right by there who was sort of interested in it. The sale was pulled after a few days and I never saw it again. But the M5 Dinan guy, it that Mark? From Evergladesbmwcca? Nice car. I'd give the left AND right ones for it!

    Default Make sure he gives you a test drive

    in exchange for your installing the smoked lights. I've had the good fortune to drive a 3.8l M5T. Yes, it was downright intoxicating at the top end. But more impressive was just how tame it was at just-drivin-around speeds. A real Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde.

    No, my M5 is a 3.6. I was referring to the tow hitch which was being referred to as a HORSEC%CK. Compared the the "hitch" on my wife's horse, the one on the M5 is just a poodle pecker.

    And I haven't even driven the M5 since I bought it, as I'm only driving it when it gets warmer. It's 33F here today. It's stored at a friend's house, about 1/2 hr away.
