I am looking for BMW E34 1992 BMW 535i original manual as the manufacturer produce.
What's important to me is component location and wiring diagram of all electronic/electrical components especially the ECU

Do you know where I can find or buy one ?
Do you think they have it on a CD?

I can't help you for an orginal manual, but if you buy a bently's manual for the bmw e34 then is has all the electrical diagrams you need. You can purchase it though the "Books" link at the top of the page. You need one to help fix your car anyway, think of it as the e34 bible.

You can obtain BMW technical information on CD from Ebay sellers - look for ETK (parts info), TIS (Technical Information System), and Electrical Troubleshooting Manual. The latter seems to have a lot more information than Bentleys, including locations of components, connections etc., although I doubt it has anything much about the ECU internal circuitry.
