Most likely, you'll have to find some orange bulbs.
I've ordered clear turn signal lenses. Will I have to replace the bulbs, or are they orange?

you will need orange bulbs and you can dust them with silver paint to prevent the egg yolk look...keword is "dust" the bulbs not "coat" them with silver or they will get hot enough to ment the sockets.

I take it these bulbs are fairly generic, available at any auto parts place?
remove one and get the amber ones, just make sure the glass design is the same and it's the same watts, in other words match it up to an amber.

I guess I never thought about it. Are the orange / amber bulbs more expensive?Originally Posted by 632 Regal

those are like 16 bux each, you could buy enough paint to make a few amber bulbs silver. but to each their own.

Just so I feel a little more confident, can you give me an idea of what level of 'dusting' I should put on?Originally Posted by 632 Regal
