Has anyone any idea what the fault code 19 is for the above, its a 1994 vehicle.
One long flash followed by 19 short blinks after the accelerator pressed 5 times. The vehicle appears to run normally
Thanks!

As your car is a EU model, I do not think you can get stomp codes at all. 19 is not a code according to my knowledge. It must be 4 digits. See the procedure and the codes on my website below. Th stomp test was a requirement for US specification cars only.
If you type in stomp test in the search, you will find a lot of postings about this subject.
i've got it on mine too, and it's in australia
With the DDE, the fault codes are one or two digits as far as I can tell from looking at various 'Plug-In' tester vendors, however, they dont say what code 19 is!
i cant find a reason for code 19
you will get different codes depending on version of DDE your car has, i would assume yours has DDE1 (as does mine) DDE2 seems to have immobiliser too.

1993 BMW 525 TDS SE 150K 2.5 Turbo Diesel, performance air filter, lowered sports suspension 30mm, full stainless decat exhaust, boot-lid spoiler, OBC retrofit, E60 Trapezoid alloys
my idle is varying and not running soothly all the time but still i only get 1444 (no fault)
So much for 'Only US cars have stomp test'!
Guess it the luck of the draw as to which non US cars have stomp test capability!
Read the archives.
That has been discussed on various boards all over the world for more than 2 years.
Some people even mix up check control warning messages with stomp test.
Anyway, seeing is believing. So you see it, and then just be happy.
