Default My 1991 525i Sport Manual

Heres my pride and joy , 1991 525i sport manual. It has 120k on the clock now, Ive had it for 3 years and put about 60k on it.

Its mostly standard.. I put 17" throwing star replicas on it with toyo rubber, and as it came with the M5 bodykit , seats and mtek suspension I thought I would badge it as an M5 for some fun. I know people on here seem to moan about that but I dont care Its fun making a replica.

Engine wise I have fitted a big bore throttle body and a viper 2 chip... the main outcome has been much better low down torque.

I have bought an M5 rear number plate surround which will be going on soon, and Im currently looking for M5 door sills.

The car looks great, but I don't agree with the badges...just kinda drives me nuts when people do that. Keep it clean nonetheless!

I can understand why its annoying / funny to see M badges on crap cars, like you see a 318i with an M badge beside it....

But its just some fun making an M5 replica, its got loads of the M5 bits and most people are fooled. If they ask I tell them what it really is. I got some M5 door sills and the number plate holder for it today to go on

I like it, and keep the badges, it's a replica and looks damn good. Put some red/white taillights in it? Looks nice though

    Thanks for the comment

Ive been thinking about the red/white tail lights... I might do it in the future not too sure yet. My thinking was I want it just as a 1991 M5 would be , so if it had orange lights so will mine

Fitted some M5 sills to it yesterday
