It could have been a LOT worse, but thankfully it wasn't. I was going about 65 MPH at the time and it came from the center devider.

Looks like you got off easy. My sympathies, but it coulda been worse.
This is why I simply will not drive in the country at night. Mulitple incidents with racoons leave me in great fear of one day hitting something bigger.
Deer are not just a country problem anymore. In Pennsylvania the city estimate for deer density is 60-70 per square mile.
