mine doesn't work at all
This is all I have ever seen. Didn't do anything to reset it two oil changes ago... and didn't reset it in subsequent ones yet it's always green. Would a faulty battery somewhere cause it to keep thinking it's 'new' perhaps?

Mine works just fine!
Mine works just fine, it is however showing "Inspection, and Yellow&Red bars...". Time for a full service!
Rory> If yours doesnt work it's probably the battery pack on the back of the instrument panel. The early batteries leak when they decay and make a mess of the instrument board. If (or when) your main dials start playing up (rev counter, fuel meter) then the board is past saving.
Qube> As to why your bars are all green, I have no idea! However the service interval is controlled by a number of sensors measuring (IIRC) number of starts, engine temp and engine speed. Maybe one of the sensors has stopped working.
The interval gap between services is dependent on your driving habits. If you drive it like you stole it (at high revs) the service intervals are shorter than if you drive in "nun on her way to church" mode.

I 'think' I saw it with one less bar but I mean I've driven this for 30000KM now in a year and never seen the oil or inspection lights... or any decrease. :|
Maybe I should pay more attention. I couldn't tell you what mine 'says'
