    Default stereo problems with a '96 320i

    Hello guys;
    I'm having a problem with my car stereo system. I entered the wrong security code for more 3 times (i think) and now whenever I turn ON the stereo it says WAIT. I tried detaching the baterry cables for more than 3 days but the problem still exists.

    Does anyone here knows the remedy for this?

    Thanks in advance
