    Default problem: brakes pulsating?

drove my car today, and at speeds of about 45 it has a thumping, this is diffirent than my shimmy at 55, or maybe a compound problem due to neglect ot the thrust arms, anyways, i noticed that when im coming to a stop, i can feel a drag on the car like once a revloution of the wheel, i was thinking a warped rotor might cause this. you can feel both a easy spot and a hard "drag" when you slow down with clutch disengaged and brakes not applied.

warped rotor syndrome.... pull the offending wheel/s and pull the rotors, clean the surfaces so there is no more rust, grase them or whatever to prevent more rust and re assemble. If it still does it you might need to replace the rotors (pads too?)
