Cd changer prob!

Hi to everyone

Here is my prob:

Car was at painter for two weeks and I had removed the changer from trunk.

Just put it back and head unit cant seem to find the changer. Press mode button and it goes to tape and then back to radio.

put magazine in cd,it read all the cd but head unit cant find it.

do you think there may be a prob with the cd changer interface? or wiring problem? i unpluged everything and put it back together but in vain.

anyone can help me?

Have you check for proper connection in the Radio-Amp behind the trimming at the rigth hand side of the trunk? Have you checked for bended pins in the connector plugs? If 6, have you checked connections to the small interface box? Just ahead the CD Changer behing trimming.

thanks for reply. Am going to check that. ITs a 6 cd changer Cd M91 i think. Bavaria cd selektion.
