hehe, when I saw how nice it was today… I skipped work and put the PC7424 Ive owned for 3 months to use… I actually enjoy detailing my car.
Heres what I did:
Embassy Autowash with undercarrige clean
Handwash with Dawn to strip paint (don’t do this often, I can see its pulling everything off)
Claybar entire car (whoa, first time trying this, its a lot of work, course it was prolly the first time my 14yr old paint had been clayed)
At this point I was going to use 3m Finesse it II for a heavy polish, but I was loosing sunlight and time… so I skipped this(will have to detail again soon)
Klasse AIO cleaner polish
Klasse SG
And heres some B&W photos I liked
Mucho thanks to David who posted the Detailing 101 article on BF.c

one of the reasons I'm broke...
looks awesome..
I also purchased a PC7424, the Klasse AIO, the 3M Finnesse It II, as well as the Zaino Bros. kit as soon as I bought my E34. But I ran out of good weather before i got a chance to detail her. Can't wait for a good solid weekend of nice weather to come along so I can do the full detail from dawn to clay to zaino.. Hopefully she'll look as good as yours.

Lookin' good.
Mine is also lookin' like what yours was in pic 1 ... all dirty and off-road like. Too bad it's 35 degrees ... again, and on top of that I need to figure out what happened with my brake pad sensor(s); that message is gonna drive me insane and I know the brakes are still good.
