Wooden parts for auto shifter assembly

My car does not have the button on the left side, but I have heard you can use a sunroof button to place there if you buy this version...

Anyways, does anybody have wooden parts (And any of the plastic parts including a shift knob if possible) that they are willing to part with for either version? (Standard auto or high performance auto whatever its called)

Im looking to spruce up my interior.
