After ordering a new tie rod from BMA and attempting the install, I realized the new nuts are M10x1.00 rather than the ld M10x1.25 (I know, I should have ordered the nuts,ooops). Now I'm on the hunt for these in a town with a VW, Toyota and Volvo dealership. None of the fastener places have such a nut.
