The short answer is "no". The offset is usually off by so much that you'd spacer yourself out to shimmyland in a heartbeat.
Do any 3 series wheels from late models work? Such as year 2000 and newer? I found a nice set of from the 2002 model year that are nice but not sure. I have read in the past that 3 series dont work but don't really remember.
Is there a thread started that shows guys useing differant stock wheels from other models on there cars? or a spread sheet to this end? Thanks fellas!

If you have a hubcentric spacer and the proper mounting hardware there would be no problems. Porsche reportedly used spacers on various 911s for years. Good ones are expensive though.
