my driver side,driver rear,passenger rear windows all dont go down anymore. :-(. the driver side i can still hear the motor but on both rears there no sound at all when i try to put it down. what do i need? what do i change? im thinking of changing the whole power window motor? any cheap altenatives? need your help guys before i go and sell my soul to the stealer and let them do the job. Thank you for any advice

center console there is a button there with the windows that locks out the rear windows, to keep children or whoever from running the windows up and down... ON the front window you'll probably have to replace the motor and gearbox, its sold as one unit. BMA has them for around 90 for the OE. I tried one of bma aftermarket ones and it wouldn't fit. about the lockout button you mentioned i've tried evrything with it. i tried moving down the windows with the button pushed down and also when the button is not pushed down.i guess i have to order for both front and rear gear box & motor . just tired of opening the door when picking up/paying drive thru (which is evryday b4 going to work ) and of course i dont want something not workin on my E34 ...thank you once again for the help Sir.

Problem since it seems highly unlikely that both back window motors would die... unless this was one at a time over a long period of time.
