    Default rear right window weld broke...

    Hey is there any way to fix or do i need a new actuator assembly? The motor works fine and the half moon geer turns jsut dosn't move window up and down.

    Re-weld it?
    Lowered with blue h&r(?) springs, Bilsteins, tint, 19# design 3 injectors, Dual Magnaflow

    yah thats what im going to do it looks like someone had already tryd but dind't do a very good job. im going to do a beed all the way around now

    Im not sure how the piece of metal is shaped, but it might also work to rivet a reinforcing piece of metal on instead. The metal might be a kind that doesnt weld well.

    you know what i think i might jsut rivit it back together... I didn't even think of that!

    I just gave it a look and the lower theres not enough clearance to move window up and down riviting it.

    yah ill post some up... I welded it back together and itl never brake there again. Now theres a bushing im missing. Not the one that attaches to the window but it goes on the little nub that hookes up to the door. So I guess ill go to the stealership for that one.
