I am not the author, just found it interesting and wanted to share.
A little history - in World War II, Germany's best fighter plane, the Focke-Wulf FW 190 was powered by a BMW engine. Interestingly enough, this fighter was considered a "pilot's airplane", much like a BMW car today is considered a "driver's car".
