Do you have an EAT chip?
93 525i / 01 330Ci / 98 Camry / 91 Volvo 240 / 99 Jeep GC
no a ebay chip that throws a check engine light, All it does is raises rev limiter and removes top speed govoner, I should get an EAT chip and dyno to see if it improves it any.
no pop?
Oh yah and that was at 95F tempature

Not bad for a car that supposedly had 189hp / 192bhp some 14 years ago!
It looks to me like that page is measured at redline rather than peak numbers.

You're missing a brake clip on the front left caliper.
The m50 sounds good; not afraid to rev.

the fabric figures are 192bhp, but thats on the flywheel not on the wheels right?
It cant have lost ~20 hp just over time can it?
Max power at 6200 RPM?
Thought the M50 has its "spot" at 4500-5000 at least mine have.
edit: oh yeah, the torque is that in Newton? in that case it seems a bit low for a 2,5litre engine.

the torque is the thing that glues you to the seat when accelerating. around 4000-4500 rpms is when you feel a lot of torque and get that acceleration feeling. but the max power is around 6000rpms for m50 engines. on the flywheel this engine (i've got the same) has 192hp stock. but on the rear wheels...i'd take a guess - around 170 - stock. most cars are known to lose around 20-30hp in the distribution (from the engine to the wheels).
