how to clean my US ellipsoids??

Hey all,
I have the grill all removed. I can see that there are 3 long adjustment screws holding each headlamp base in place. I cannot see how I would be able to get at the reflector to clean it however. The base doesnt look like it will come apart as there aren't any proper seams that I can see. besides just removing the bulb in the back is there any way to access the reflector? I dont want to prematurely take out the adjustment screws if I dont have to since my lights are pretty well aligned as is. I read that we just have to remove 3 tamper proof screws, but all I can see are the 3 adjustment screws which are attached to a solid base. On US spec lights do we just have to put water in from the back and just swish it around to get them clean? Thanks!

ah....i see the tamper proof screws now...they were so rusted and covered with crud that i didn't recognize them!

these look like they will be a royal pain to get out...
