    Default Center Bearing and guibo

Hi folks. I was planning on changing my center bearing and guibo sometime in the near future and I wanted to ask you folks if there is anything that I should be aware of? Is it a hard job, and would it be worth while to change the drive shaft while I am doing it??? Any advice would be appreciated. Also, I will be changing the O2 sensor as well. Any suggestions. Thanks

    Brian,

Check out www.bmwe34.net and click on maintenance and then flex disk. There is an entire procedure there with pictures, parts needed with costs, and tools needed. You can do it yourself and save hundreds of dollars if you are mechanically inclined. Call BMA for parts and please e-mail me if you have any questions. I did the job myself and wrote the procedure for the web site.
