Rear fog light switch price

I'm looking at getting a rear fog light switch to complete my little fog light project. I want everything to look stock rather than installing another switch for the fogs. I was wondering what these can be had for and what a reasonable price would be for one. I'm in the US so I guess there is a rareity factor. If anyone has one, too, I'd be interested.
