so i just finished changing my fuel filters today and was shocked

to see that the old ones were installed the wrong way. im suprised the car would even run if they were facing the wrong way. car seems to be running a lot better now. I didnt get a chance to flush my brakes because i broke 2 of the 4 clamps and had to find 2 to replace them. the stock ones are POS.

no, the fuel actually came out clean. but the filters had a december 1999 date on them. i guess the last person put them on backwards. the arrows are supposed to face the drivers side.

The arrow is supposed to face the direction of flow, as in

change em every 30000 miles if you have 2, or 15000 if you have 1.

what size wrench do i need for the bleeder screws? i hvae a 5/16 and thats too big.

8mm on mine, but im using speedbleeders

5/16 is a tad under 8mm.
