Yup. Undo the two screws on the plastic plate above the tank, pry out the tank, change the o-rings, lubricate them with antifreeze, push the tank back in, and reinstall the plastic plate.
My expantion tank leaks!! It is not cracked. Is there a way I can replace the seals. Has anyone done this to there radiator before.

first try replacing the radiator cap. i went through 8 months with radiator problems. replaced hoses, expantion tank was still leaking, even bought a whole new radiator. but then i found a recall on the caps so i replaced it and no problems since. Just try that first.
