    Default I bought one

    cause I hate doing the flashy thing...was that a blink..blink pause ..blink...flash?

and from experiance with OBDCII cars, all you need to do is avoid buying & replacing the wrong sensor/s to offset the price of the tool.

I dont know what a Peake does apart from give you a code. I got an interface for a laptop off ebay for about £80. The software -which you get for peanuts- tells you in plain english what part you should be looking at. You can reset service indicator, read and erase stored faults but you CAN'T read live data with the one I've got.
