installation help needed

i just got my M tec rear fillter plate and a front euro plate bracket. now the question is how do I install these pieces? Do i need special hardware or anything? The rear looks like It can be held in with the existing 4 screws fro my licence plate but what about the front part? Also will the bracket for the euro plate interfere with the new trim peice or is there a certain way to install it?

try looking at realoem.com for mounting hardware, dont know if there are any but there has got to be something.
