you should probably take the door panel off and see if any plastic clips that hold the guide cables is broken. that's happened to me before on older toyota's.
Hey guys, i know this site is reserved for e34's, but I need help on fixing a problem with my girlfriends Hyundai. The inside door latch on the passenger side will not open the door when pulled, im constantly having to open the door from the outside, do you guys have any tips on how to fix it, a diagram and instructions wold be great. Hyundai lovers just dont put any efforts into their repair sites like you all do, any help is appreciated!

Have you checked out "http://www.hyundaiperformance.com/forums/index.php"? I trolled there before I decided NOT to buy a Tibby Tuscani and jump on the $4000 e34. Best choice I've made
There's a clue in there somewhere.... Is it Hyundai, or Lovers, or both....? Sorry but I can only suggest that you disconnect the door handles from the outside........Originally Posted by blackpawn5

Just remove the door, you will even gain acceleration.
Lowered with blue h&r(?) springs, Bilsteins, tint, 19# design 3 injectors, Dual Magnaflow
southwest WA
or you could just walk around and open the passenger door for your g/f everytime. c`mon man have a little class :P
First you need to put in a bunch of big woofers and enough amplifiers to dim the headlights.
One of those electric turbo kits and fart muffler too.
A bunch of fiberglass stick-ons like wings and fender flares.
Don't forget the stickers and an asian hierogliph that means "silly little caucasian boy"
Then change the cheesy little cable that the end broke off of.
