Default anyone w/ 2nd battery in luggage compartment - Touring ?

    Hi all,
I am mounting the 2nd battery in the luggage compartment of my E34 Touring but am not sure how exactly it has to be displaced.

Can anyone who has the 2nd battery from factory drop me a pic with some details?

    Thank you in advance.

To my knowledge there was no such offering. There is probably room in the left storage compartment if you don't have a phone or CD changer.
If you do this remember to vent the battery to the outside.
    BTW why?

not even then. it would have to be a very narrow honda style battery to fit there (optima?)

Isnt there a plastic tray or summat in the touring boot that you can remove to expose a battery tray?
