e32 exhaust muffler same as e34?

Theres an exhaust im watching that came off an e32 750il, was wondering if it would be an exact fit to my hangers/location.

Definitely not from an E32 750iL (long version) onto an E34 V8, which is even shorter than the standard version E32.
Too long
V12 connections against V8 connections
diamters are different
Have a look here, this is the exhaust from an E32 Alpina B12. Do you think that will fit?

thanks for the response, guess it would have worked fine since i have aftermarket cats/pipes welded to the stock muffler, a little cutting and welding wouldn't bother me.

I gave up the idea of this, trying to save some money. So if anyone is interested heres a remus muffler off a 750il for a descent price:
