Hi, I have a 91-535i, Can someone tell me how I can get them tight. Is there
a self fix or do I have to put it in the shop. Please help.

Huh? Your "plugs" for what? Do you mean spark plugs?

Have you tried a torque wrench? Are the plugs stripped? Are they the right plugs? Do you know how a spark plug is supposed to fit? Does the car run? Are you using the correct socket? I think you need to work on your description of the problem a bit more.

it's kinda hard to really describe tight, when i install a set of plugs i tighten till i feel the crush washer bottom out and the plug gets tight and give it a light tug to seat it, i also lube them with anti seize
all america wants is cold beer warm cat and a place to take a poop with a door on it
