Default My gas tank cover is broken... :(

The plastic part that holds the gas tank cover is cracked, and so the cover doesn't sit flush with the rest of the body now. Any one know of any fixes for this? Should I just glue the plastic hinge together? Or should I get a new part? Do you think it would be an expensive fix if I brought it to a shop?

    Thanks much!

Same thing happened to me......I glued it back together with some Gorilla Glue from Home Depot and it's been fine ever since. That Gorilla Glue is awesome!!

Default mine was about $20 from the Stealer in Honolulu....

snap fitting into the car body, put the spring back on (you may have to fiddle w/it 'cause it's a little bit of a puzzle), and you're good to go.
