Seat Switch Help

I have just cleaned my Sport/Memory power seat switch as per instructions. Even used a high power audio contact cleaner after sanding. Dumbbells all looked good in fact there wasn't any visible arcing on the copper/brass panel either. Seat base still doesn't rise or lower but i am hearing the sound of a switch clicking in the control module under the seat. Does this mean there is a problem with that control module? What's my next step if not, are the same motors used for all functions? I see two and the other functions all work , seat back, seat base angle tilt, seat base front and back... Thanks
