Timely post... I bled my clutch and it's still spongy

I don't think the bleeder on the slave is in the best position when mounted.
I've heard blocking the pedal down overnight helps the air bubbles to rise up to the reservoir. Sounds like a giveup technique.
Maybe someone should build a bracket to bolt the slave to, in order to capture the rod for bleeding. Pushing the rod to bottom by hand might help move the air up.
