    Default Anyone have p/s pump for a '92 M50 525?

    Hey guys - need a p/s pump for a 92 m50 525 I may just buy a reman'd one but I'd check here first.

    Thanks!

The one I have has 3 bolts that hold the pulley on - its a ZF I think.

I repaired my ZF with this kit, works fine, no leaks anymore,

2 hours work after it is out.

Shogun mine isn't so much a leak issue - it seems to shutter as if one or more of the vanes aren't doing their job.

Should I try that kit first? I took the bracket off the pump not realizing that the bracket holds the pump halves together. I powder coated the bracket and put the pump back together not realizing that the pump pops apart and the vanes fell out. Cleaned them off, put them back in, worked for a little, but its almost like there's air in the thing. Except 25 miles of driving and turning the wheel back and forth didn't bleed it - it didn't seem bubbly either. But... think I should try the kit?

Is it just seals? Whats in the kit exactly?

    Default I've got one.

Hey Jon. I've got an old one that I replaced when I thought it was bad, turns out the problem was something else, so I think it should still work. It's been sitting in a box for years. Let me know if you want it.
