    Default WOT - Just wondering...

Hey guys... Was looking at the WOT position recently and noticed a little hole... There is a connection throught the hole on the 'closed' throttle position (and it clicks when you move on/off it) which is oviously for switching over to and from the idle control valve... I was just wondering should I have a Connection on the WOT position i.e in this hole? Here's a pic:

Is that not the throttle stop/adjuster screw thingy, but with the adjuster screw missing?
