Default Where is the A/C drain that takes excess water out of the car located ?

I was checking yesterday and realized that the A/C water seems to be dripping over the tranny and then come down from both side, shouldn't there be a tube or somthing ?

I think mine is missing something. Coz when its dripping water it falls onto the pipe comming out of the cat and when its hot it makes the noise you get you you drip water onto a hot piece of metal.szzz
